Upgraded to Pro just for the tech support.

First-  So we have installed the free software (DWQA) and have already developed questions and answers. We upgraded to PRO which I guess you renamed to EMO ---  and it looks like an entirely second version of the plugin. Is there a way to integrate what we have already started (the questions and answers) into the new upgraded version? I can\'t start this process over!! So tell me there is a better solution than starting over.  Secondly - the only reason we upgraded is because we have had issues with DWQA that we hope to resolve with this upgrade and with SUPPORT. Our wordpress account has sent us the following message for DWQA which seems to correlate with some user issues we have experienced.   Please advise for the following:  When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
