To migrate data from DW Q&A to the EMO Questalk Pro plugin, please install the emqa-migration.zip addon. The emo-import-export-data.zip addon is not compatible with this purpose.
Regarding the message you mentioned, we’re checking it now and will update it shortly.
I also reviewed your screenshot and noticed that both the DW Q&A Pro and Free versions are enabled. Please disable or remove the Free version before using the emqa-migration addon for data migration. If the issue persists, feel free to send me your admin and FTP account details, and we'll assist you in completing the migration.
- Find the emqa-migration.zip from the /addons folder when you unzip the file that you downloaded.
- install the emqa-migration.zip plugin to the site.
- After activating the plugin, you can go to the Backend > Tools > Global Find and Replace menu
- Click the Perform Find and Replace button to replace the database.
You can Go to the Dashboard > Tools > Global Find and Replace. We have updated an image into the Document, you can check it now.
Thanks, I saw Find & Replace feature but do not see any 'Answers and Questions' related under a dropdown menu.

File Permissions: Check the file permissions on your WordPress installation. Typically, directories should be set to 755 and files to 644. You can adjust these via FTP or your hosting control panel.
Security Plugins: If you have a security plugin (like BPS, as mentioned), it might be blocking the upload. Temporarily disable the security plugin and try the update again.
You can override the files/folder via ftp or rename the version 1.0.1 and install the V1.0.4.
If you still face this issue, you can provide the ftp acocunt and admin account via private answer. I will help you install the latest version.
