Hi pls help, been struggling with this.    My DWQA page has PHP error -  https://snipboard.io/oDxLqd.jpg   So I used the Export/Import add-on inside EmoQuesTalk to export all my Q&A over the years into CSV - https://snipboard.io/szeA1G.jpg   However when I tried to import the CSVs back into EmoQuesTalk, I encountered error, see this - https://snipboard.io/3tSaYC.jpg     Why the error message in Vietnamese? "Không tìm thấy tài khoản admin để gán bài viết hoặc bình luận." Google Translate says it means - "No admin account found to assign posts or comments."   Appreciate your help soonest. TQ   ps - bought your support feature

Hi,

To migrate data from DW Q&A to the EMO Questalk Pro plugin, please install the emqa-migration.zip addon. The emo-import-export-data.zip addon is not compatible with this purpose.

Regarding the message you mentioned, we’re checking it now and will update it shortly.

I also reviewed your screenshot and noticed that both the DW Q&A Pro and Free versions are enabled. Please disable or remove the Free version before using the emqa-migration addon for data migration. If the issue persists, feel free to send me your admin and FTP account details, and we'll assist you in completing the migration.

Thanks for the instructions. In your migration guide, it says: 
  1. Find the emqa-migration.zip from the /addons folder when you unzip the file that you downloaded.
  2. install the emqa-migration.zip plugin to the site.
  3. After activating the plugin, you can go to the Backend > Tools > Global Find and Replace menu
  4. Click the Perform Find and Replace button to replace the database.
  My question is - where is "Backend > Tools > Global Find and Replace menu"  in Step 3?

You can Go to the Dashboard > Tools > Global Find and Replace. We have updated an image into the Document, you can check it now.

Thanks, I saw Find & Replace feature but do not see any 'Answers and Questions' related under a dropdown menu.
I am sending you the admin login link to my WP Dashboard so you can take a look, and hopefully help me out, for I am concerned about messing up with the plugin database migration

I have helped you migrate data from DW Q&A to the EMO Questalk Pro, you can check your site now. 
Also, I have removed the admin URL from the previous answer, you should use the private answer.
Let me know if you have any issues or questions. 

Note: We have checked and see that, the export/import and migrate addons are errors. We are updating and will release the next version tomorrow.

Splendid! Thanks so much for the prompt response and help. Much appreciated.    Incidentally, I tried to update to v1.04 from my current v1.01, by 'Upload Plugin' but WP comes up with an error, after i click 'Install Now'.    403 Forbidden Error If you arrived here due to a search or clicking on a link click your

File Permissions: Check the file permissions on your WordPress installation. Typically, directories should be set to 755 and files to 644. You can adjust these via FTP or your hosting control panel.

Security Plugins: If you have a security plugin (like BPS, as mentioned), it might be blocking the upload. Temporarily disable the security plugin and try the update again.

You can override the files/folder via ftp or rename the version 1.0.1 and install the V1.0.4.
If you still face this issue, you can provide the ftp acocunt and admin account via private answer. I will help you install the latest version.
