Profile Error “The author didn’t add any questions.”

I have installed and configured the Questtalk Pro plugin and everything seems to be working well. However, when I am viewing the user profile page, it is properly showing me that I have added 2 questions, but when I click on the link to show the list of questions, I receive the error message "The author didn't add any questions." I also have 2 test answers, but when I click that link I receive "The author didn't add any answers." There doesn't seem to be any settings that would effect this view.  Please help! Thanks!

Hi,
Could you send me the admin account so I can check further? We have tested it on our localhost, and the plugin still works well.
