PHP warning on the new host

Hi, as you can see, I had a conflict between 2 plugin of yours before on the old host. questtalk and glossary. not sure if its the same, but now I moved hosts and have this:

Please help me resolve

Could you send me the admin account? I Will access and help you resolve this issue. I have checked on our localhost and it does not show this warning.
